- Account information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you register or sign in, including via Google Sign-In.
- Farm data: information you enter about your farms, crops, and farming activities, including optional location data (latitude/longitude) and photos.
- Usage data: basic technical information such as device type and app activity, used to keep the Service running reliably.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and authenticate you securely.
- To store and sync your farm, crop, and activity records across your devices.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To respond to support requests you send us.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us run the Service (such as our database and hosting providers), and with Google when you choose to sign in with your Google account. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure, access-controlled servers. Passwords are encrypted before storage and never kept in plain text. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by using our Data Deletion page, or by emailing us directly. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable time.
6. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
